Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice, in accordance with Bulgarian Law on Electronic Commerce (Закон за електронната търговия) Art. 12 and the Civil Code (Граждански кодекс) Art. 66‑69 concerning unilateral amendments to contractual terms.

1. Restrictions on Use of Materials

Intellectual‑property protection – All content (texts, graphics, logos, images, audio‑visual material, software, databases, etc.) is protected by Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act (Закон за авторското право и сродните права) Art. 1‑30 and the International Convention on the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (Berne Convention), to which Bulgaria is a signatory.

Permitted use – You may download one copy of the materials onto a single computer and produce one printed copy for personal, non‑commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, translation, or transfer to another digital medium is prohibited without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
  1. Trademarks – All names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website and mobile applications are either owned by Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd., its affiliated companies, or by third parties who have granted Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. a licence. Functionality & security – Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. does not guarantee that the functions contained within the materials will be uninterrupted or error‑free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. Liability for any loss caused by viruses is limited under Art. 124 of the Criminal Procedure Code (КПК) and Art. 13 of the Law on Electronic Communications.

  • Letters of Intent (LOI) – Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. will not acknowledge any LOI unless presented on official company letterhead and signed by an authorized representative.

  • Mandates – Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. will only consider mandates from parties with a verifiable agreement that complies with Art. 5‑9 of the Commercial Code (Търговски закон).
  • Confidential documents – Confidential documents will not be provided to any third‑party individuals or entities without a signed NDA that meets the requirements of Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (ЗЗЛД) Art. 9‑10.
  • Official correspondence – Offers must be presented on official letterhead that includes the issuer’s corporate profile and VAT number.

5. Fraud and Scam Alert

All communications should originate from a verifiable Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. corporate email address, and not from personal internet email accounts (e.g., hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc.).

Be vigilant for suspicious communications, especially if they come from non‑corporate email addresses or exhibit poor language use, particularly requests for money.

The only official corporate email address authorized to issue invoices for Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. services, initiate payments for oil or financial instruments, or consultancy fees is info@sferoilandgasltd.com.

Under no circumstances shall Sfer Oil And Gas Ltd. be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of business or loss of profits, arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any materials contained within it, in accordance with Art. 6‑7 of the Law on Consumer Protection and Art. 90‑92 of the Civil Code.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, and any related contractual relationships shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, in particular:

  • Civil Code (Граждански кодекс) – general contract law, liability, and tort provisions.
  • Commercial Code (Търговски закон) – commercial relationships and mandates.
  • Law on Electronic Commerce (Закон за електронната търговия) – electronic communications and unilateral amendments.
  • Law on Consumer Protection (Закон за защита на потребителите) – consumer rights and limitation of liability.
  • Law on Copyright and Related Rights (Закон за авторското право и сродните права) – intellectual‑property matters.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
